Shipping policy
All items in this webshop is 100% handmade, with a passion for the progress of crafting and the ability to offer some of these crafts to the general public for purchase at a reasonable price.
Even though all items in this webshop are ready to be packed and shipped, then I request you to keep in mind, it is a small business that depends on the time available as well as the opening hours of the local post office. While it is the goal to ship your order immediately, do please allow 1-5 business days to process your order, unless otherwise specified.
I do offer shipping to international destinations. If you find your destination is not amongst the options and you want to make a purchase, please reach out via the e-mail listed below or under contact information.
I am sorry to inform that we are currently not shipping to countries in the EU or whom are a member of the EEA outside of the Netherlands. The reason for this is due to the new EU PPWR & EPR laws which generally applies from 12th of August 2026.

All customers are responsible for any additional customs, duties, taxes or fees incurred upon import to their country. For shipments to USA, the tarifs will be calculated upon checkout and paid with shipping, no extra fees should incur.
I will not be liable for any damage to or loss of goods suffered during shipping.
